went i was @ work i am so bloody hell and freaking hell irritated by cust and one of the senior staff there~~~
there is this cust who signed up long ago @ JE
she came as she saw the flyer that the company give out~~~
she demanded for a refund~~~
i explained to her and even want to renew her card for her for free~~~
but then she die die want a refund and even say that it is the company's fault for moving the machine away~~
i got so clueless of what should i do for this cust, and how should i explain to her so that she would bloody hell listen~~~
asked a senior staff there for help~~~
and know what???
he did not help @ all!!!!
instead he said that i have worked long enough and should know what to do!!!
bloody hell~~~

feel like really telling him if you are not willing to help, dun ask others to ask you when they need help~~~
onli know how to make others get irritated~~~
was so irritated but that person~~~
i complained to some of my friends and some one came to the west frm the east to pei me work~~~
